Walkers and Walkers Professional Services are pleased to announce that Senior Counsel, Andrew Gibson, has been appointed to the position of Director of Legal Affairs at WPS.

WPS works in conjunction with Walkers Law Firm to provide integrated, best-in-class legal and professional services to clients in global financial centers.

This appointment will improve legal and risk management operations, given the increasingly complex and expanding regulatory landscape faced by all business service providers.

It also reflects the continued growth of WPS, which recently launched a series of new service lines.

Mr. Gibson will lead a team tasked with navigating the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

He was previously senior counsel in Walkers’ Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group, where he practiced for nine years in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with a focus on fraud and debt recovery. valuable assets. Gibson’s career at Walkers began in 2013 when he joined the Cayman Islands office as a partner in the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution group. Prior to that, he worked in the litigation practice of a leading law firm in Dubai.
