In her role, Ms. Wimalkantha will play a support role with the Bank‘s sales teams and branches, adding to her more than 19-year career in the banking industry.
Most recently, Ms. Wimalkantha served as Head of Market and Vice President of Truist. She brings strong business development, relationship management and leadership skills to John Marshall Bank. In her newly created role at John Marshall Bank, Ms. Wimalkantha will focus on providing additional resources to help the company’s business development teams accelerate and improve new customer acquisition.
