Program availability and customization
BAI creates new programs, withdraws programs and regularly updates programs to respond to regulatory changes. BAI strives to make changes to the content of the Program at least 90 days before the applicable regulatory change dates. This is not always possible because regulators do not always provide sufficient notice of effective change dates.
For an additional fee, BAI makes the source code and / or scripts available to clients so that clients can provide the source code / scripts to auditors or regulators, or be used as part of a process of customization.
BAI allows clients to customize BAI programs. However, once clients turn BAI programs into custom courses, BAI no longer provides them with regulatory updates. Updates to personalized courses are the responsibility of the Customer.
BAI sometimes provides advice on programs to consider for employees with specific responsibilities. These are only intended as suggestions for consideration. The course assignments are ultimately the responsibility of professionals within the Client.

The BAI Learning Manager enables organizations to administer training by assigning specific programs to specific authorized users, monitoring progress by user, and reporting in detail on user completions. There are three options.

- BAI Training Insights – a unique collaboration tool within the BAI Learning Manager designed to help determine which compliance courses to assign to which people, and then document those decisions.
- “BAI Career Pathing software”: allows administrators to group courses by associated skills, then display this grouping of courses for students and managers.
